Retail Returns and Refund Policy

Because edible oils and food products are consumable goods, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or cancellations after dispatch.

Please inspect the parcel at delivery. If an order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, expired or different from the item ordered, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs or video of the parcel and product.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy where required under applicable consumer law.

Do not consume or dispose of a product that appears damaged, contaminated or incorrect before contacting us.

Bulk, wholesale, private-label and export orders are governed by the separately agreed quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order or supply contract. Returns, claims and freight responsibility for those orders depend on the agreed commercial terms.
