Retail Shipping Policy

This policy applies only to retail customer orders purchased directly through the Ashoka Oil Industries Shopify website store at ashokaoilindustries.com.

• Delivery area: Eligible retail website orders are delivered within India.
• Shipping charge: Free shipping is provided only for retail customer orders completed through this website’s Shopify checkout.
• Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to bulk, wholesale, distributor, institutional, private-label, export, offline, pro forma invoice or manually arranged orders. Freight and logistics for those orders are quoted separately.
• Processing time: Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery time: Delivery depends on the courier partner and destination. The usual estimated transit time is approximately 4–5 working days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to courier operations, remote locations, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Bulk, Wholesale and Export Orders

Bulk, wholesale, distributor, institutional, private-label and export orders can be supplied within India and internationally, subject to product availability, applicable regulations and mutually agreed commercial terms.

Freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes and other logistics charges are additional unless agreed otherwise. Processing and delivery timelines depend on order quantity, packaging, destination and shipment mode.
